1. 2. Before using the online store www.packhub.de and generally making purchases from PackHub, you should thoroughly read and familiarize yourself with these Rules.
3. The buyer confirms that they have acquainted themselves with the Rules and agrees to adhere to them by checking the box labeled “I have familiarized myself with the Sales and Usage Rules and the personal data protection regulations and agree to them.”
4. If it is the seller's right or duty to send information or documents to the buyer via email, it is always the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided to the seller is accessible and correct.
5. These Rules have been developed according to international, European, and Danish (German) law. Legal relationships arising from these Rules are subject to (German) law. Should disputes arise, an attempt will be made to resolve them through negotiations. Offer and Contract Conclusion
1. All offers from PackHub are non-binding unless they are explicitly marked as binding or contain a specific acceptance deadline. 2. PackHub reserves ownership and copyright on all issued offers and estimates, as well as any drawings, illustrations, calculations, brochures, catalogs, models, tools, and other documents and aids provided to the client. The client may not make these items available to third parties without PackHub's explicit consent, disclose them, use them themselves or through third parties, or reproduce them. If requested by PackHub, these items and documents must be completely returned and any copies destroyed if they are no longer required by PackHub in the ordinary course of business or if negotiations do not lead to a contract.
3. In orders for delivery to third parties, the person placing the order is considered the client. If a delivery to third parties occurs or if the recipient otherwise enriches themselves by taking possession and further using the goods, both the person ordering the delivery and the recipient are regarded together as the client. By placing such an order, they hereby confirm their consent.
4. For customers who are merchants and conclude the contract in connection with their business activity or as self-employed persons, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
